1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Limitless Passion Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Aura Gratitude mobile application ("App," "Service").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Aura Gratitude. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will use the App in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws
• All information you provide is accurate and current

3. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on a device you own or control
• Access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes

3.1 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or software obtained from the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App

4. User Account

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, false, or incomplete.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

The App allows you to create, store, and manage personal content, including journal entries, affirmations, goals, and vision board materials ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.

5.2 License to User Content

By submitting User Content through the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality. We will not use your User Content for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

5.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your User Content does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Subscription Plans

Aura Gratitude may offer free and premium subscription options. Premium features require payment of subscription fees.

6.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings

6.3 Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription fee. We reserve the right to modify or cancel free trials at any time.

6.4 Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact us within 30 days.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software) are owned by Limitless Passion Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the use of the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

8.1 No Medical Advice

Aura Gratitude is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is designed as a wellness and self-improvement tool only. Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare providers with any questions regarding medical or mental health conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limitless Passion Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the App
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Limitless Passion Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the App
• Your User Content
• Your violation of any rights of another party

11. Data Backup

While we strive to maintain the security and availability of your data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of your User Content. We are not responsible for any loss or corruption of your User Content.

12. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted in the App with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Termination

14.1 By You

You may terminate your account and stop using the App at any time by deleting the App from your device and discontinuing use of the Service.

14.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Requests by law enforcement or other government agencies

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may delete your account through the App settings. We may delete your User Content upon termination.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Limitless Passion Ltd is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction's arbitration association, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Limitless Passion Ltd regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
